Why does my truck keeping making this noise?

My truck makes a noise like a if im low on power steering fluid when im turning but is not low at all what could be the problem

Its a 2000 dodge dakota

If there are no leaks then it's most likely that the pump is failing and needs to be replaced.They run about $50 for the 4 cylinder and V6 engines and $100 for the V8.

could be fault in power steering have it checked at auto shop best way to find out as many things could be causing problem .ok all the best .

there are a few thing you could be dealing with. one possibility is that the pump its self could have a bad bearing or something of the such. another is that the valves or seals in your rack and pinion could be leaking internally or bypassing.
