i bought it NEW yesterday. The problem is, it has 0 bytes of free space when i see it in properties and i cant store files into it (want it to be a storage like a flashdisk) .dont know if its defective but i've tried exchanging it for a another new one, but they behave the same. tried erasing it-not working. and for the record, my laptop can run dvd movies.
Help ASAP

Your laptop may be able to play DVDs, but can it "burn" DVDs? Do you have burning software?
