you have to burp, fart and sneeze all at the same time. it creates a vacuum in your body and all of your vital organs implode.
burping and sneezing will make your eyeballs pop out of your head.
I remember hearing that joke on either Danisnotonfire or AmazingPhill (i know Dan said it). It is completely false XD You can't die from it. It doesn't create a vacuum or anything. You'd just feel completely uncomfortable, and might possibly puke and/or crap yourself
