Take punp apart and clean diaphram with cleaner then take carbs off and clean all the little jets and needles and seats, use a small peice of wire off a wire brush works good for cleaning jet holes. If your east of the Rockie mountains its likely your machine has been sitting and your feul system just needs a thorough cleaning.May i also suggest a new feul filter and feul.

Check the pulse line off the pump for clogs . Pull the line off and hold your finger over the hole and pull the engine over and you should feel pulses as you pull it over. If not then the line or hole in the crank case is plugged . If the pulse is good then the pump is more than likely shot . Another thing to check is pull the lines off the carbs and pull the engine over and if you get fuel then you have problems with the floats or the needle and seat are stuck .
