Where's a better place to live? NYC, LA or Boca Raton?

I am pregnant and me and my boyfriend want to move but we don't know if we want to live in New York City, New York, Los Angeles, California or Boca Raton, Florida.
We currently live in New York and most of my family and his family is there, I have a lot of business opportunities for me there but not as many for my boyfriend and I don't want to raise my child in the city.
My sister lives in LA and there are a lot of business opportunities in La for both me and my boyfriend.

My dad, his wife and there two children live in Boca Raton and I like the area but there are barely any business opportunities there for both of us. Money doesn't matter. Can you please tell me which you think is better.
