how can i unlock motoblur mb300?

I got a motoblur mb300 from my brother..Water fell into his phone when he was in USA.From then the touch screen is not working correctly and the camera button is not working.but everything was working fine but application was not getting installed in that phone when i got it in Bangladesh.so i decided to gave a master reset and after that the phone is trying to connect through the internet which i'm facing inability..and if i type #073887* it is asking for sim unlock pin...which is not known to me..WHAT CAN I DO NOW....IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME THEN THANKS IN ADVANCE and my imei is 356693034655755 ..please let me know if you can help
