My car struggles to turn on and I noticed that the air bag light just turned on why does the light turn on ?? And will that effect the car from starting
When you say turn on, we talking about actually starting???? No on the SIR light being on for that. Seperate issue. CTS have issues with the passenger seat presence system. May run it to your nearest Cadillac dealership & let them look at it. If the light is on, it also means your SIR system is disabled.
As for the turning on, if you meaning extending cranking or hard to start, the Evap Purge solenoid could be leaking. Should have a Check Engine Light on for that. P0496 for that issue
