How do I create an NNTP server?

I want to make an NNTP server, or newsgroup. I want to then open it in an email program like Windows Live Mail. How do I make an NNTP server?

Well, maybe you'd be better off telling us your requirements, but you'd download NNTP software from somewhere, configure it, and go.

Unfortunately there's a lot of different was to go about it, so not knowing your needs, it's hard to give advice.
