hello, im from dubai and going to study near Vancouver and i was wondering which cell phone plan is right for me .
first of all i dont know anybody there maybe 1 who lives in toronto but im definitely planning on meeting new people , my parents will sometimes call me on the weekend or i call them just a short call if were planning to talk alot well just open skype .
i already have an s3 and not planning to get a new phone , and i dont want a plan with mobile internet unless its complimentary or cheap idk cause we have wireless internet throughout the campus .
i maybe willing to pay 20 - 40 $ a month if its a good plan , what you think guys .
