no. Android is a heavy, clunky os that requires its devices to have fast processors just to run smoothly; Nokia perfected symbian to be a lightweight os that doesnt. The c7 hasnt got the hardware requirements to run android. Nothing u can do about it.

if the charger fits then yes but it wont be good for the battery. After a while it won't hold a charge for long.
