I want to burn a DVD of windows vista bootable using Nero Burning Rom?

I saved window vista ultimate from a DVD (Orignal) to my hard drive, now I want to make my own Bootable DVD, Once I tried Nero to burn this data but it didn't worked, It starts Booting but DOS opend. secondly I tried UDF file system from Nero Burning Rom, this time it also not worked, Nor Booted.
It should Boot and a wizard should also run. Please help me.
