Is it wrong to mess with retards, even if they laugh about it with you?

Where I work they just hired a retard. I thought it'd be fun to mess with him a little so I like to hide his lunch or dump out his soda when he's not looking. Sometimes I forget to give his lunch back to him until the end of the day but he just laughs about it. Yesterday he was in the back crying. Was it wrong of me to do these things or should I keep having fun with him?

dont do to others what you wouldn't like for them to do to you .... and think about your future children would you want anyone to treat them like that if they had a special need
