This movie is pretty old, I probably watched it in the early 2000s.Sadly I can't really remeber much of it, just that it was AWESOME!!

Anyway I'm pretty sure that it's an anime film. It takes place in the future and in space. The main characters (a woman and possibly a man?) are on a space ship. The woman is a brunette (if that helps) and there is an alien that is kind of the boss on the ship or something. The scene that sticks out to me is where the brunette woman protagonist has to seduce the previously mentioned alien guy (she basically motor boats him) to get his gun and shoot him.

That's all that I remember. If anyone can give me the name or at least some suggestions of movies very close to it, that would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. the movie I'm looking for is NOT "Ghost in the Shell"
