I put salt on everything I eat.
EVERYTHING.
Name a food that isn't dessert, and I put salt on it.

And when I say I put it on, I mean, I turn my food white. I need to TASTE the crystals to enjoy it.

Now, I know this is not healthy at all.

I'm only 19, and I'm starting to get concerned.


What are the long term effects of salt?
And what can I use as a substitute?
Also, just to throw this in... I'm at a healthy weight (5'5... 125 lbs) and I exercise daily.
