How do you set a voice note as a personal ringtone on the samsung galaxy ace?

So I just got my new phone today and in all of my past phones my dad has had his own personal ringtone as owls, but this is a voice note. I don't know how to set up personal ringtones or how to make voice notes a ringtone, please help?

Am only doing this because it would be weird if his ringtone wasn't 'owls' .
