Who is better overall in customer service, plans and costly fees?

Telus ._. Some deals they have going on are awesome. My friend's with them and very rarely has a problem with them.*
I'm with Rogers and they're a HUGE pain. They overcharge EVERYTHING, "forget" to tell you things that aren't in your plan, etc. I hate them. I wish I never got into a three year contract with them! Most people I know that are with Rogers CONSTANTLY has problems with them.
I'm sure Telus' customer service is better than Rogers. I called them because my plan only has a data pack with 2gigabites and unlimited texting and I pay a little over $100 a month! I called and asked if they can do something to lower the price a little, and they said they would switch my plan to something cheaper (they had a special going on) but my bills keep coming in at $150 a month. JUST for my call phone. I called back and said there's nothing they can do. They're the laziest people.
