When I go on to wireless update it says "Unable to send request for available updates." So I tried updating it from BlackBerry Desktop Software but it said "no upgrades available" so why is it saying them things when I can update it and how do I update it?
Oh and it's on 5.0.0.593 and I want to upgrade it to 6
