I have a laptop computer that did not come with any graphics switching abilities, however it does have a GTX 660 and an i7 that has a built-in graphics card. so i'm wondering if i can maybe install a graphics switching software to use on it, is that possible?
gtx 660 is a Bomb for gaming with an i7... most laptops come with AUTO-SWITCHING .. 660 will be usedb when u use external power.. & gets to hd 4000 when the laptop runs on battery... but u can do manual switching too.. by opening the NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL.. &set gtx 660 as the preferred graphics processor..& ur done..
Just warning you though, it will reduce battery life to 1 hour or less.
