Telus stole my money?

We ordered from an Iphone 5 from Telus and they never gave us an account number. They were supposed to send it October 5th but never did and said we never made an order and put us through to Apple who found the order and they said that we would get it on the 12th after we did not receive it again they said they sent it on the 12th and we would receive it the 16th or 17th. We did not receive the phone and when we called they said we had no order then said they would transfer us and left us on the line for 20 minutes. On the day we ordered the phone they removed the money for the phone. What should I do?

Did you get a receipt? What method did you pay with, you could contact the bank or credit company for proof of the transaction.
