Today when I came home from school I received my 1900 mAh portable charger for my iPhone 4 . I put it to charge for about an hour and it shows that it is actually charging but the percentage isn't going up ? How come it isn't charging? Do I have to charge the device a few hours so it can get its energy and then use it? PLEASE HELP ME !
