acer aspire bluetooth not working, launch manager?

Hey on my acer aspire 5741G my bluetooth wont turn on.

I open launch manager by pressing fn +f3 (which opens launch manager) however when I clcik bluetooth on, it doesnt do anything, then the very moment i close and reopen it, its back off.
This happens aswell when I go to turn off wireless but its the other way around.

rewritten: There isnt any response aftera) clicking off on for wireless internet /or (b)clicking on for bluetooth, and when launch manager is reopened all settings are reset to wireless being back on and bluetooth back off (the way it started).

I tried reinstalling launch manager and some bluetooth drivers but no response.
i tried bios but it seems to have no option.

try going into the BIOS setup...
if you don't know what that is, when you start your computer the first screen you see when you press the power button before the windows logo, press F2 or esc or F1 and that will get you to the BIOS. Well once you are there find your blue tooth and make suere is ON all the time. exit saving all the changes and hopefully that is it.
