When I was a kid, my mom would always make blue Jello on a blue moon. Which means we literally only ate blue Jello once in a blue moon. And honestly, that's probably as much as any person should ever eat Jello. But there are other (vegetarian- and vegan-friendly) blue foods to celebrate this somewhat-rare lunar event.
