Will Taco Bell call me and how long will it take?

I just went in today to hand in my resume to Taco Bell and the employee got the manager and we sat down and spoke about my resume. She said she needed someone really soon and when she talked to me it seemed like she liked me. Also, she gave me an application to fill out on the spot and I did and when I handed it to her she looked it over and asked a few questions (I didn't see or notice anything bad about her questions or what she was reading) and she said that she would have the hiring manager look it over and that they would contact me. So I left and I felt really good about that. And I really need a job. Do you think they'll call me? and does it look good that I might get this job?

I just spoke to the manager and he said that you are not hired.

If you have good impressions about the interview (and assuming your resume looks fine or even impressive), chances are that they'll hire you. They'll call you (or contact you through whatever information you put on your resume) if they have a spot available or if they want to hire you. Just wait and be patient.
