Are there any ways to make a car more fuel efficient?

If so please post a link or leave the name of a product/machine etc. ? I am spending a lot on gas (right now I commute to work ) and I need help.

spark plugs, oil change, oxygen sensors, air filters, fuel injector cleaners....doing all of these might give you a few more mpg, but it won't really help too much, unless you can get a hybrid or motorcycle you will not be in a much better place

yes there is!, wether its worth it or not is for you too decide. Well the hard way is, you can modify your cars CPU, you can drive with low RPM's, you can buy a more fuel efficient car, and you can also buy more fuel efficient tires as a matter of fact.

Put a bottle of RXP in you gas tank and run that through, and it will clean your fuel system and should help the mileage some. A tune up is always a great help. Check the tire pressure and change the oil ever 3000 miles. Put Mobil One in if you can afford it. And change the oil filter as well, good luck. The air breather must be changed too. That should help with a couple of more to the gallon. Good luck

Slow down, don't accelerate too fast. Keep the pressure in your tires to the recommended levels. Tune-ups and regular maintenance.
