...in time? so a kid has a clear PDA type device which allows him to go back in time. i remember only one scene where he goes back in time, stabs this kid's tire with an ice pick but it doesn't pop until him and a girl drive in it. they get into a car accident. i think the girl dies but im not sure. i remember seeing it on tv so it might only be a tv movie
