Might i have bowel cancer?

I have had problems with my gut for 3 years now. starting 3 years ago with discomfort on right lower quadrant.had gallbladder removed for polyps last year. i get same discomfort in same area like there is something in there getting slowly bigger..I also suffer from very bad gastric reflux which i take esomeprazole to relieve that pain..Also a few times a week a get a horrible pain that goes all over my stomach.it makes me double up in pain its almost unbearable.I also have diarrhea which is nearly almost constant,sometimes its just fluid that comes out..pains in stomach every day,almost incontinent.had a endoscopy,,going for a colonoscopy..doctor asked if i had bowel cancer in my family.which i dont know because i was adopted...i thought i maybe have crohns or something similar...doctor also said it could be ibs? but i can definitely feel something inside me on right side...I have to be honest im 40 generally i look healthy and i feel that the doctors specialists just pass me around from one to another ..It took them 6 years to figure out the crushing chest pains i had been getting was gastric reflux????? thats the nhs for ya..

If the symptoms of bowl cancer develops do consult your doctor at earliest and have nutritive diet plans. Stay positive as studies showed more than half of patients with bowel cancer are cured. Avoid hesitating nag.
