Hi all 
I changed the song into a m4r fie but when it goes under the tones tab its greyed out... I can't select it or play it or anything so I can't get it onto my phone! It's so frustrating I don't know what I'm doing wrong.. Can someone help me please??
Sheila- I've already done that but thanks anyway. Its ok though I figured it out. Had to change the ACC encorder to high quality, sync with no ringtones, delete all I had made, remove my music and then sync each individual tone... Apple do make things complicated!
