    is blue ray disc the next lowest up for media storage size after dvd?

    so is it 4.7 gb and next is 25gb with nothing cheaper in cost/smaller size in between?

    It runs DVD than blu-ray is higher than DVD on storage capacity make sure that you have a compatible reader for it otherwise it will be uselessThe next jump up from blu-ray for storage capacity will be HVD or (Holographic Versatile Disc) this is not out to the general public as of yet but it will have a capacity of 6 Terabytes per disc keep in. Mind that is just the cap so actual storage space will be determined by the manufacturers individual specs
