How to get verizon to come fix their lines without a account.?

Ill do my best to explain. We have internet through a company, who uses verizon lines to deliver the service, however as of late our internet has been crappy. We called the company, and they said because its verizon lines, they legally cant touch them. They tell us to contact verizon, who will not send anyone out to fix THEIR LINES, because we don't have a account with them. Long story short, is there any way to get them to come fix them?
