    FITNESS TIPS AND SUCH??? :)?

    Heya!

Okie pokie, let's begin- I'm 16 and a tad overweight (I have 10 pounds to lose, I'm 170) I need to lose belly fat and chest fat. I go to the gym on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I usually run a level 10 weight loss program on the treadmill or 30 minutes, it consists of 4.2 mph for 2 mins, 4.2mph on a 10.0 incline for two minutes and then 6.0 mph for a minute.

After I do that, I work on my chest and abs for 30 mins, usually 10 minutes for the chest, 20 for abs.

I want to tone my stomach- meaning a six pack, and I want to define my chest.

So, any workout tips? How many reps of each? Should I change something? How long will it take?

What should I eat? How do I knock off those pesky 10 pounds?

    Thanks in advance!!! <3

Today many of person very conciouse for health and well first of all you cannot isolate weight loss. You can't just run on a tredmil and expect it to cause weight loss on your legs because those are the body parts you are using. Unfortunately weight loss doesn't work like that. You have to do cardio vascular exercise to burn fat all over until you burn it off where you want. If you wish to lose body fat you need to change your diet, no two ways about it. Cut back on the amount of fat you consume, that will help a lot. Switch to leaner meats and low fat dair products.
