Can i get anything other than wireless Internet on The 4th floor of my house?

Ok..

Lets say you live in a house right..a 4 floor house
Not really 4 floors but you have 4 cases of steps so you consider it a 4 floor house...

Now, lets say you wanted to put a desktop computer in the 4th floor room, but you also wanted internet.

Would there be a way that you can get internet in that room

With the exception of wireless internet. Any other way than having to get wireless internet

You cold go the hard way and run an ethernet cable through the walls or run it along the outside of the house. But Wireless is definitely the wave of the future. The wireless N series of Linksys seems to work great for me with both great range and great speeds as well.
