If a Verizon customer blocked my number from receiving/making calls/texts tome, if I were to send them a text via internet (US Cell online) would they receive it? [FYI, not stalking this person. This guy was cheating on his GF, got caught, blocked my number - just found out I am pregnant, obv need to contact him. Help!]

Anyway to send texts to someone who blocked has number? Verizon/US Cell?

Try emailing him or using somebody else's phone. It will work if he blokes you on his phone, but of he blocked you through Verizon and not just his advice, it won't work. Best of luck.
