I am looking to upgrade my dieing Dell Axim PDA. The new device has to include the fallowing.
1.Word program that is compatible with Microsoft word
2.Excel Program that is Compatible with Microsoft Excel
3.Internet can be wifi or a service as long as it is not under a contract
4.Web Browser
It also needs to have an easy way to get files on and off to transfer from laptop to device and back.
Bonus features wanted but not necessarily needed
1 Ability to read PDF Files
2. Ability to read Kindle Files
3. Unit cost under $200


Any help with this would be greatly appreciated my birthday is coming up on May 19th and I want to make sure I ask for the right device.
