Write down the best known guess of experts/common sense:
1. Fusion Reactor.
2. Anti Gravity.
3. Ability to talk to each other using just mind, overcoming language limitations and a barrier.
4. Complete regeneration of human body, coming out of liquid completely healed and body at prime.
5. Instant teleportation. You order stuff online, click buy it appears in your home at some place.
6. 6 terabyte/s internet.
7. ExoSkeleton that enhance your strength 10x.
8. Computer humanoids, flying gadgets and assistants.
9. Real Hologram.
10. Invisibility cloak of visible light.
11. City at sea or moon.
12. Connect computers to brain and use them naturally.
13. One and only Govt.
14. One human language.
15. Nano bots.
16. Gene modification. Be able to choose and select genetic traits while alive.
17. Cloud computing. Only mouse, monitor and keyboard. Instant on, unlimited cpu/graphic/ram power.
18. Universal access to free food, shelter, health, and education. (humanity waits)
19. Complete automation of manufacturing sector.

All the things listed here are possible but its the matter of when...right now progress is being made..sadly rather slowly regardless of the fact 90% of today's problems could ever be gone.

You dont have to answer all of them just the ones you are most sure about.
Thumbs up for the link...PhilinNW.....for 7 really great.
However, its still kinda under development as you can see most of the things are which are listed here. I could provide links to studies and articles supporting each of 19 things, and again its all possible and happening. It can be achieved faster maybe if we paid more attention to science and less to fighting wars or celebrities. Also, i do think most of these technologies would develop+accelerate the development of others. If this list is seen as a goal list we could identify the ones with most benefit and pursue them faster, which later will help with the rest...this is called looking ahead. "- " = "will help" so in my incomplete opinion:
12- 14,3 1- 13,18,11 4- 16 6- 4,8,1,14,16,17,19 7- 8,15,16,4 11- 18

10 is possible http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JKPVQal851U
8 Highly likely
7 already around, http://www.theregister.co.uk/2010/09/28/xos_2/

1. Fusion Reactor -- probably a century. Containment is really difficult.
2. Anti Gravity -- never, unless you count airplanes
3. Ability to talk to each other using just mind, overcoming language limitations and a barrier -- We already use theory of mind. We watch motions, facial signs, body language and so on, and can often get a very good idea what someone is thinking. Beyond that, never.
4. Complete regeneration of human body, coming out of liquid completely healed and body at prime -- never
5. Instant teleportation. You order stuff online, click buy it appears in your home at some place -- We can do quantum teleportation of information now. Teleportation of matter, never. Point-of-use manufacture using nanotechnology is being developed. Some useful results may appear in a few decades. We can already to crude 3-dimensional 'printing' with thermoplastics.
6. 6 terabyte/s internet -- probably 10 years ago, depending on how you measure
7. ExoSkeleton that enhance your strength 10x -- now
8. Computer humanoids, flying gadgets and assistants -- depends on what you mean. Much is available now.
9. Real Hologram -- we can do holograms now. How are they not real?
10. Invisibility cloak of visible light -- We can do some forms of this now, but we can't compete with science fiction.
11. City at sea or moon -- now, but it's very expensive. We'd need a really good reason to use the resources that way.
12. Connect computers to brain and use them naturally -- We do some now, and will do more every decade.
13. One and only Govt -- That's not science or technology. It's not even a good thing for a stable, durable civilization. People are simply not capable of that degree of selfless cooperation. Perhaps several centuries.
14. One human language -- perhaps a century or two or three
15. Nano bots -- depending on what you mean. We have rudimentary capability now. That will increase rapidly over at least the next several decades
16. Gene modification. Be able to choose and select genetic traits while alive. We do genetic engineering and synthetic biology now. We are just beginning to experiment with genetic therapies. Probably little useful to the average human for at least 2-3 more decades.
17. Cloud computing. Only mouse, monitor and keyboard. Instant on, unlimited cpu/graphic/ram power. We have it now. For all practical purposes it's limited only by the money you're willing to spend.
18. Universal access to free food, shelter, health, and education. (humanity waits) -- It will not be 'free'. A modern society can choose to offer these at least at a minimum level as part of its social contract. Many western societies already do.
19. Complete automation of manufacturing sector -- Probably a century before we're satisfied with the result. Most is already automated. We automate only where it's the best alternative.

1. Fusion Reactor. - now...

6. 6 terabyte/s internet. - now...

9. Real Hologram. - now...

All the things listed here are possible - BS...

Fusion has been achieved, but not self-sustaining. Maybe in 10 years with luck.
6Tb/s internet, sure
Real hologram has been done years ago
Cloud computing is here now. Unlimited is impossible
Connect computers to brain, probably, at least for disabled people
