Where can i find the titanic ultimate collector's blue ray dvd box set?

I want to know where can I find the Titanic Ultimate Collector's Edition Blue Ray DVD box set with the replica of the "Heart of the Ocean" necklace, a print of a boarding ticket,the art and making of titanic (150 page book) and a print of the drawing of Rose from the movie. I love this movieee!!! Please and Thank you if you know anything about it!

Unless you live in England, you can't play it on any of the DVD players in America. I've tried and I can only get is the 3 disc Special Collector's edition.
