Where can i find the titanic ultimate collector's blue ray dvd box set?

I want to know where can I find the Titanic Ultimate Collector's Edition Blue Ray DVD box set with the replica of the "Heart of the Ocean" necklace, a print of a boarding ticket,the art and making of titanic (150 page book) and a print of the drawing of Rose from the movie. I love this movieee!!! Please and Thank you if you know anything about it! :)

Unless you live in England, you can't play it on any of the DVD players in America. I've tried and I can only get is the 3 disc Special Collector's edition.
