I have been trying to lucid dream for a week or two now. I keep a dream journal handy every night. Also, before I go to sleep every night, I listen to theta binaural beats and tell myself 'I will lucid dream'. I have gotten to the point where I am aware that I'm dreaming, but I don't know how to control it or make myself do anything. Exp: I try to fly but I go nowhere. Help is appreciated!
