I just bought a BenQ LCD monitor and i was thinking of connecting my Philips DVP5960 DVD player to it. Seeing that both have HMI connection capablity, would simply using an HDMI cable to connect them work or would it turn complicated? I am trying to avoid having to use tuners or similar stuff. It would be very helpful if someone can clarify this to me. Thanks
