Should I rest or stop whining?

I did a pinterest workout yesterday. 30 jumping jacks, 10 crunches, 25 knee highs, 5 pushups, 30 butt lifts and a one minute wall sit. I repeated all these 3 times. Today I am very sore and I'm wondering if I'm supposed to rest or just workout again through the pain? I don't really want to wait because I want to exercise everyday but it hurts! I drink 2.5 liters of water a day (in case that helps)

I'm pretty out of shape. I'm 5'5" and 160 lbs. I decided that I want to make exercise a daily routine. Something as normal as brushing my teeth and getting dressed. As a teenager I worked out quite a bit and was very skinny. Now that I'm older (30) and lazier, I have love handles and ring of fat below my belly button and it's ugly! Can I do the same workout again today or wait until my muscles heal? Just concerned that if I don't do this every day then I won't form the habit. :(
