I want to update my BB to its latest OS and what are the precautions I should be taking in order to protect all the SMSs and Contacts in the phone? Will backing it up using BBDesktop Manager save the contacts and SMSs too? The BB is an old model, the one without a camera (don't know the model name/no.)
