i have a droid charge and it constantly looses its data connection had it replace with a certified replacement and still having the same problem. Had it replace with the htc thunderbolt to try and fix it due to verizon saying it might just be the manufacture but am still having the same issue. I know with att their contract states that if they cannot provide the service agreed upon on the initial start date of the contract then the early termination will be waived, but i can't find my verizon contract so don't know if its the same as att or not.
