IPhone 4 unlock iOS 4.3 baseband 4.10?

Hi I bought an iPhone 4 and it's on 4.3 version and 4.10 baseband and I want to unlock it to use on tmobile. Can someone please tell me how I'm gonna do it? I also want to jailbreak it and get Tom Tom gps. Please tell me the most cheapest way and the best way. I'm also having wifi issues is it because I dont have a case on or something else?
