This is for a 1999 3.8l Windstar. The cheapest I have found thus far is Advanced auto parts which has an ACDelco Fuel Pump for $84.95.
Checking google throws out a ton of different places, so I thought I would draw upon your experiences with shopping online, and where to get parts such as fuel pumps inexpensively.
