Should government be able to ban McDonald's from putting toys in happy meals?

    If so why?

This is a state issue, not federal. Similar to Virginia, where your party had no problem with forcibly probing my uterus but suddenly take issue with a freaking 5 cent toy.

This is not even a state issue. Government should to have that type of control period - state of federal. Next they will be telling us to go to bed at dusk to save energy.

Give an inch, they love to take a mile.

NO and they should not be able to tell us what to feed our kids in school lunches either, but this is what happening, socialism or communism, the same, just spelled different. Dictatorship.

No. Parents should control themselves and their children.

But government should ban oil futures speculation.

Hell no. Now you see what the "Progressive" Agenda is all about. Thanks, Berkeley, CA. (their Capital)
