Is it possible to Unlock a blackberry 9700 From telus to Wind Mobile?

I bought a Blackberry 9700 Bold, locked to Telus, but I was wondering if it is possible to unlock it to wind mobile( They have much cheaper rates)

After Unlock it you can use with any GSM Network Sim card....You cannot use with CDMA Network Sim card..Also you can Unlock it from GSM Network Sim card only...You can get the Unlock code from here Ihav.net and unlock Blackberry 9700 Bold from network lock.Then use with GSM Network Sim card.You can use with Wind i think it's GSM...Check out here... en.wikipedia.org
