Best Canadian cell phone company Rogers, Bell or Telus?

Bell is canadian? oh snap. We use to have Bell here in SD, CA but it was called Pac Bell meaning Pacific Bell as to standardize its location. hehe

I'm guessing Bell isn't that great since our country got rid of it.
