4 wheeling?

Can I Drive my 4 wheeler In a ditch by a main highway? Idk if its private...But there are trails in it for 5 miles.....Do you think i can drive in it if im 15 and have my instruction permit? In Minnesota?

Go get a deer hunting book. From the center of the road to 20ft I can shot that deer. Don't drive any close than that!
