When I changed my oil the other day, it was running as if the clutch had gone out. I let the car warm up, and it started spitting out white smoke from the exsaust. Now everytime I start the car, it spews smoke immediately, hot or cold. I soon discovered there was no oil in the oil pan, and the dipstick said I put WAAYYY too much oil in. What's going on? Did I screw up big time? I've done my share of oil changes, now I am frustrated. Here's some info in case it helps

1995 Toyota 4runner 6-cylinder 4wd

5 qts 10w-40 (this is what I've been using, never had a prob. till now)

Thanks in advance!
