iPad is synced with another iTunes library and wants to delete all my apps and music?

I had to restore my laptop completely, deleting everything. I reinstalled iTunes, the newest version. I signed into the iTunes account I use on my iPad and it says stuff like The iPad is synced with another iTunes library and wants to delete all of my apps and music.
Can I bypass this or something?
I have everything backed up on iCloud.
