I watched all the videos on how to do this and they all say the same thing. Go to your router page on the browser, activate xbox live, and all the ports open. I have done this and it is still moderate! I can't connect to most of my friends and I don't know how to fix it.

Router type?
Find QoS and open port range 53 to 53 and 3074 to 3074. Set TCP and UDP to "BOTH" for both.
